The present sale terms and conditions are applied to purchases made on www.caffetreceri.it website in compliance with the dispositions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code (D. Lgs. n. 206/05 modified by D. Lgs. n. 21/14 and D. Lgs. n. 70/03).

We invite you to read and download these general terms and conditions of sale, which are considered accepted by the user at the moment of the purchase.

Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions at any time and without notice.

The following terms and conditions of sale are applied to any sale made between the Customer and Torerfazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc via the website www.caffetreceri.it. The Customer, by sending an order, explicitly declares that the purchase is made for personal use or for sale within his professional area (shop, office, etc); on the contrary, the Customer shall inform Caffè Tre Ceri snc in advance and by writing about the commercial nature of the purchase.

The on-line sales contract is concluded after registration of the Customer’s personal data and with the exact and complete compilation of the purchase order, indicating the necessary information to identify the items ordered and the place of delivery. Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc reserves the right to refuse incomplete orders.

The contract shall be considered completed and mutually binding when the Customer receives the purchase order confirmation by e-mail.

The order placed by the Customer may be cancelled within a maximum of 12 hours from the submission of the order by telephone or e-mail. After 12 hours from the order all orders shall be considered finalized. In any case, from the moment in which Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc delivers the product to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled.

The availability of products indicated on the site is to be considered as an indication only, such availability may not correspond to actual availability, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple customers on the site.

By this reason, Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc has the right to check the actual availability of the products ordered by the customer and if they are not available, Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc will inform the customer and proceed to refund all or part of the purchase.

All products on sale are represented by graphic images resulting from digital processing, shown for illustrative purposes only. Therefore they are not binding from the contractual point of view.

Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc will ship the ordered products by express courier committing itself to dispatch the orders as soon as possible. Shipping times are indicated on the site, any inconvenience such as strikes, suspension of transport or other not attributable to the seller can not in any way justify the cancellation of the order or the request for damages.

The customer is responsible for checking the undamaged condition of the delivered item before signing the consignment note. Once the waybill has been signed, it is no longer possible to contest any damage to the products.

The delivery of the products is subject to payment by the Customer of the amount with the chosen method of payment among those available on the caffetreceri.it website.

The tax documents will be issued by Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc by e-mail or will be enclosed in the package, upon  the Customer request.

If the recipient is missing at the delivery, the courier will make a further delivery in the following days. At the second failed delivery, the package will return to the sender and Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc will issue an invoice to the customer for the higher transport costs incurred, plus an indemnity as compensation.

The risks relating to the products shall be borne by the customer as from the moment of delivery.

In accordance with the legal regulations, the purchaser can withdraw from the sale without penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days by sending a written notice to the office. He may also send it to the trader by registered letter with aa/r. The same communication may also be sent, within the same term, by e-mail and fax provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with a/r within the following 48 hours.

Product purchased must be returned intact and in its original packaging.

Product shipment, until delivery to the carrier, is under the full responsibility of the Customer. The shipment is charged to the customer in accordance with ‘art. 67 D. Decree 206/2005 and must be made within 7 working days of notice of withdrawal. Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within 30 working days from receipt of goods. The refund will be made using one of the payment methods available on the caffetreceri.it website. In case of refund made by bank transfer, the purchaser must provide the bank details necessary due to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The right of return shall be totally lost if Torrefazione Tre Ceri snc establishes. Upon receipt of the products, the lack of the essential condition relating to the integrity of the product, i.e. damage to the product, use, even partial, of the same, lack of or visible damage to the original packaging, lack of integral elements of the product or damage to them.

Purchases made on the caffetreceri.it website are similar to mail-order sales and are therefore not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice as provided for by art. 22 of D.P.R. 633 of 1972, nor to the obligation of certification through the issue of a receipt or fiscal receipt pursuant to D.P.R. 21 December 1996 no. 696. Consequently, in case of need for an invoice, the customer is urged to request it no later than the act of purchase through the means of contact made available by Torrefazione Caffè Tre Ceri snc.

Promotions and offers proposed by Torrefazione Tre Ceri snc are valid while stocks last and until the date indicated in the promotion.

The European Guarantee applies to the products sold on caffetreceri.it and covers defects and/or manufacturing flaws on the part of the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover malfunctions due to normal use and wear of the product. Any anomalies found on the product received must be communicated within 3 days from the date of delivery. You may use the contact tools made available by Torrefazione Tre Ceri snc. The product must be returned by the Customer’s means and at his own expense to Torrefazione  Tre Ceri snc. We will provide replacement and / or repair. Costs of redelivery shall be borne by Torrefazione Tre Ceri snc.

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of contract entered online with Torrefazione Tre Ceri snc is subject to Italian jurisdiction. If the purchaser has the status of Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the Court of the place of domicile or residence of the same.

By accepting the terms and conditions, the Customer authorizes Torrefazione Tre Ceri snc to use his data. They’ll be use for the purpose of sending advertising information by e-mail.

The data of the customer are treated in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data. We specified them in the section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 D. Decree 30 June 2003.

The contracts entered into online by the customer with Torrefazione Tre Ceri snc are governed by Italian law. For what is not expressly provided for the rules applicable to contracts entered into online.

Pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 c.c. The Customer declares that he has carefully read and expressly accepts these General Conditions of Purchase.
